I took a mini hiatus from social media and the blog for awhile after I got back from vacation a month ago. Since then I've been taking on more hours at work and I just started my last semester a little over two weeks ago. I can say my schedule is going to be somewhat crazy only because I like to keep myself busy. Trying to keep up with everything in my life, ha. Andrew and I are trying to figure out our weekly gym schedule together and possible runs at our high school track in the morning. Now here I am back on the blog and looking forward to keeping it consistent for you guys!
A new store called Primark just opened recently near me in Boston's Downtown Crossing. I have never heard of the company until its debut just less than two weeks ago. This store is the first of it's kind to finally open in the US, taking us away with their super cheap and affordable trendy and fashionable clothing. It is similar to Forever 21 and H&M but with sweater prices at $5-$8 and winter coats $11-$40. I won't be surprised if the company decides to increase their prices just like Forever 21 and H&M have in the last few years thanks to their increase in popularity.
My boyfriend and I stopped by Primark just Friday and the store was amazing! I wanted to buy everything! I will share the clothes I purchase in another post but I want to discuss the two P.S. Love lipsticks I got from Primark just to try and review.
I'm a little surprised with both of these products. For the super cheap price of their beauty products, I am happy about how they look once fully applied! *see for yourself below*
Both formulas did not botch or lack pigment. The matte long lasting lipstick is a little bit dry at the start of application but glides on easier afterwards... but I cannot speak positively for the apparent 'long lasting' part of its name. These have their own scent: the rouge color has a nice fruity smell whereas the cheaper lipstick (second below) has this unpleasant smell the kind of smell like burnt marshmallow. Due to the scent of this one I would totally avoid purchasing this again in the future. As for the matte lipstick, it's a maybe.
