Hi guys! Hope you're having a nice Friday. It's a lovely weather here in Massachusetts. Today I want to share with you my secret of how I keep my natural nails long, strong, and nicely kept.
A month ago I was talking to my boyfriend’s mother about how long her nails were and I wanted mine to be as long. The problem for me was that my nails always chip right at the meet of the skin. I work in an environment where having weak long nails can prevent my desire of the nails I have now thanks to her. This was when I was introduced to Quimica Alemana's 'Esmalte Endurecedor para Uñas' a nail hardening polish that serves as a protective barrier and prevents chipping, splitting, and peeling of the nail. I apply this weekly and have noticed a dramatic positive change in the health of my nails! Even without the polish itself it feels stronger than before.
Before using this polish I would keep my nails at a decent length and get a gel manicure at a nail salon. I found myself constantly peeling the gel (even though you’re not supposed to because it’s really bad for your nail) after having it on longer than 2-3 weeks. My nails were getting weaker and even more damaged, so I stopped getting my nails done. I also avoid any bad habits such as biting my nails. Now, I paint my own nails and save myself money by not going to the nail salon with this life-changing nail hardener. I apply it once every week and mainly use it as a base coat. I will sometimes use it for a top coat if I'm not in the mood to use my beloved OPI Matte Top Coat.
The product is set at a cheap price and there is a pack of 7 at a reasonable price (making it $5.79 each if you look at it this way.)
I highly recommend this product and if you do decide to give it a try, please please please read the warnings and reviews of other users experiences. I have had no negative effect or reaction using it but nothing is impossible.
