I am not an orange person. And in fact, there was a black version of this Love Culture maxi that I almost went for but opted out. Like come on, it's Spring! I don't think I would want to wear black in the sun and attract more heat, especially in long sleeves! This maxi was super light weight. The only downside is that it's almost see through so anything tighter or looser other than nude underwear would definitely show. In other words I had to be careful with what I wore underneath. These types of maxis are super gorgeous but when wearing these high slits you risk revealing things you may be embarrassed about, oops! I know wouldn't want to feel like Iggy Azalea in this (nsfw) photo's 'wardrobe malfunction'. But have no fear! Not all dresses that have slits do this. This dress went unavailable but I decided to post some other maxi dresses that may be similar or even better.
I wore this dress plain simply because I felt the dress itself was enough and I did not want to force it with anything too crazy. But enjoy a fun headband I wore with it instead. It completely changed the look and if I were to go somewhere a little more casual I'd wear that over any necklace. Let's not talk about bracelets. My wrists are too small to hold any bracelet offered in regular retail stores. I always have to hunt for the perfect one and 95% of the time no prevail. I'm jealous if bracelets are no problem for you! :)
